Through sponsorships, donations, events and community outreach, we support initiatives that help strengthen local communities, encourage growth in agriculture and land stewardship, and celebrate the industries we proudly serve.

Our Community Support Focus
Premier Equipment considers sponsorships, donations and community support opportunities that create a positive impact with for our industry, customers and communities.
We give priority to requests that:
- Support or celebrate agriculture, turf and landscape stewardship, community development or the industries Premier Equipment serves.
- Encourage youth development in agriculture, landscape, environmental, technical or other business-related sectors.
- Directly benefit communities where Premier Equipment staff and customers live, work and play.
Types of Requests We May Support
Premier Equipment may consider sponsorship or donation requests for events, organizations and initiatives such as:
- Agricultural societies and fall fairs
- 4-H Clubs, Junior Farmers and youth groups focused on agriculture, landscaping or the environment
- Food banks and community support programs
- Local service clubs with community enhancement initiatives
- Municipal economic development events and local festivals
- Heritage clubs, associations and related agricultural groups
- Local chapters of agricultural or landscape organizations
- Schools or secondary schools with agricultural, technical, environmental, landscape or business-focused programming
Requests We Are Unable to Support
To ensure our community support remains fair, consistent and aligned with Premier Equipment’s values, we are unable to support every request we receive.
Premier Equipment does not typically support:
- Political parties, lobby groups or special interest organizations with significant political or religious agendas.
- Individuals, individual athletes, individual sports teams or player-specific sponsorships.
- Race teams, lawn tractor pull teams or similar individual/team competition requests.
How Requests Are Reviewed
Sponsorship and donation requests are reviewed based on alignment with Premier Equipment’s community support priorities, available budgets, relevance and the potential benefit to the community.
Requests that benefit a specific local community are generally reviewed at the branch level. Broader initiatives that benefit multiple Premier Equipment locations or the overall Premier Equipment area of service may be reviewed by the appropriate internal stakeholders.
Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee support. Premier Equipment receives many requests throughout the year, and all opportunities are considered carefully and consistently.

- Contact name, phone number and email address
- Event or initiative date
- Community or location served
- Premier Equipment branch closest to your event or organization
- Type of support requested, such as sponsorship, donation, door prize, merchandise or equipment support
- Sponsorship amount or estimated value requested
- Description of the event, organization or initiative
- Recognition opportunities, if applicable
- Submission deadline

If requesting equipment support, please include details such as:
- Type of equipment requested
- Event location and dates required

- Delivery, pickup or transportation details

- Safety, insurance or access requirements

How far in advance should I submit my request?
Please submit your request as early as possible so our team has time to review the opportunity, and determine whether support is available. Requests made within two weeks of initiative date are not guaranteed review and support.
Does Premier Equipment support individual athletes or sports teams?
Premier Equipment does not typically support individuals, individual athletes, individual players or individual sports teams.
Can I request a door prize or merchandise donation?
Yes. Door prize and merchandise donation requests are considered when they align with our sponsorship guidelines and are relevant to the local branch or community initiative.
Who reviews sponsorship requests?
Local community requests are generally reviewed by the appropriate Premier Equipment branch. Broader corporate or multi-location initiatives are reviewed by Premier's Marketing Team and relevant internal stakeholders.
Is every eligible request approved?
No. While we appreciate every request, support depends on available resources, timing and overall community impact.
