About our Service Department
With over 170 technicians, including 38 mobile technicians, Premier Equipment is committed to providing industry leading service. We are continually investing in our team and our infrastructure to ensure that we are well equipped to support our customers. From new mobile units to special tools and all new service shops in many locations, we strive to provide safe and efficient environment for our teams to effectively inspect, diagnose and repair equipment to ensure maximum uptime.

Premier Seasonal Service Promotions
Premier offers annual promotions featuring savings on parts and labour through our PSI booking programs. Look for our booking campaigns during the winter months on Ag and Commercial Equipment, and spring and fall on our turf and residential products.

We Guarantee
OUR PARTS. We use only genuine John Deere parts, now with 12 months warranty.
OUR WORK. All completed repairs on PSI inspected machines for 250 engine hours or 12 months.
OUR SUPPORT. Should you experience an issue with your Tractor, Combine or Self Propelled Harvester during the next season of use:
- Mobile Service Call Charge will be waived on that equipment for PSI related repairs
- We’ll have you up and running in less than 24 hours, or provide you with an appropriate machine from our breakdown fleet to keep you going
- Any repairs needed will be offered at promotional rates in effect at the time of the original repair
We ask that the following conditions are acknowledged:
- All repairs recommended at the time of the PSI are completed
- Software, Air Conditioning, Electrical, Internal Component failures (non inspect-able), and normal wear items are excluded.
- Our 24 hour policy applies during regular business days. Sundays and statutory holidays are excepted.
